Welcome to Thailand Calling. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Thailand Calling
  • “Client”, “You”, “Traveler” refers to any person using our services
  • “Services” include tour packages, hotel bookings, transfers, activities, and destination wedding services

2. Scope of Services

Thailand Calling acts as a travel planner and facilitator for Thailand travel services. We coordinate with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, and activity operators.

We do not own or directly control these third-party services.

3. Booking & Payments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from us.
  • Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Minimum 30–50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
  • Full payment must be completed 7–15 days prior to departure.
  • For last-minute bookings, 100% payment may be required upfront.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, UPI, payment gateways, or other approved modes.

4. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned.
  • Any personal expenses, optional tours, visa fees, insurance, and taxes (unless stated) are excluded.
  • Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier changes.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation charges may vary depending on suppliers, but generally:

  • 30+ days before travel: 10–25% cancellation
  • 15–30 days: 25–50% cancellation
  • 7–15 days: 50–75% cancellation
  • Less than 7 days / No show: 100% cancellation

5.2 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–21 working days after deducting applicable charges.

6. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes requested after booking (dates, hotels, itinerary) are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • The traveler is responsible for valid passport, visa, and other travel documents.
  • Thailand Calling is not liable for denied boarding, visa rejection, or immigration issues.

8. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not mandatory unless specified.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, medical emergency, or unforeseen incidents.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Thailand Calling shall not be held liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling
  • Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or force majeure events
  • Loss of baggage, personal belongings, or documents
  • Injury, illness, accident, or death during travel

We act only as an intermediary between clients and service providers.

10. Third-Party Services

All bookings are subject to the terms and policies of airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for their actions or service quality.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
  • War, terrorism, or pandemics

12. Code of Conduct

Travelers must:

  • Follow local laws and regulations in Thailand
  • Maintain respectful behavior
  • Avoid illegal activities

Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.

13. Destination Wedding Services

  • Wedding services require custom contracts and vendor agreements
  • Payments once made for wedding bookings may be non-refundable depending on vendors
  • Thailand Calling acts as a coordinator and is not liable for vendor-specific delays or failures

14. Intellectual Property

All content on thailandcalling.in (logos, text, images) is the property of Thailand Calling and may not be used without permission.

15. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

17. Amendments

Thailand Calling reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
